DWI1642WB is a XXL integrated dishwasher with 16 settings. The Integrated front gives your kitchen an aesthetic and stylish look and all the programs and extra functions will makes the machine very flexible in both use and function.
Programs and function
The machine has 9 programs, including AirDry, TurboSpeed+, Dual Zone, 55 min. and bottle wash. AirDry technology uses natural airflow to finish drying, providing a better drying result. The process is simple, the door opens approx. 10 cm. at the end of the program and allows the air to circulate and give the good drying result. It is possible to use Air Dry with the programs; Intensive, Universal, Eco, Glass and 90 min. program.
Dual-Zone, you can choose to activate upper and lower independently. When the upper zone is selected, nozzles in the upper basket will be activated. If it is the lower basket that is chosen, it will only be the nozzles for the lower basket that are activated. Turbo Speed+: This option reduces the operating time by 15%-50%, depending on the increased temperature and program.
It cannot be selected in combination with Auto,Quick Wash 35' and Pre-wash.
Bottle Wash: This option can be used to clean bottles placed in the dedicated area of the upper basket. The option cannot be selected in combination with Auto, Wash&Dry 55', Prewash and Self-Clean.
Wash&Dry 55' for lightly soiled dishes that require a quick wash and dry. The program takes 55 min.
Night program: This program is suitable for glasses and dishes with light soiling. The program runs more quietly and can be used in the evening or at night.
The salt and rinse aid indicator lights up if the machine is missing and the container needs to be refilled.
Postponed start
With the delayed start function, you can get the machine ready and leave home, and come home to clean service. Or set it to wash dishes at night, when electricity may be cheapest. You can postpone the start of the machine by 1-24 hours, so that the program runs when it suits you best.
Baskets and décor
The upper cutlery tray gives you extra space in the lower basket, and since the cutlery is separated and never clumped together, a better washing result is achieved and scratches are also avoided.
In addition to cutlery being cleaner in this tray, there is also a hygienic advantage when emptying cutlery, as you do not touch the cutlery heads, as you do with standard cutlery baskets.
Furthermore, the cutlery tray can also be pushed together, so there is room for tall glasses in the middle basket.
The upper basket does not only provide space for cutlery, but also for saucepans, salad servers and smaller service items, such as espresso cups.
Operation
The machine is top operated, and easy to operate with push buttons, for choice of both program and options. It is also easy to see the setting in the machine's LED display.
Aquastop
AquaStop prevents water damage from occurring as a result of leaks in the machine or a rupture of the inlet hose.
Design
