The GCR 1352 X is a 2-section 143 liter cooling table with a practical integrated rear edge on the worktop to prevent spillage behind the counter. The exterior and interior of the cooler is made of the best quality steel. The GCR 1352 X is also equipped with a low-energy compressor which, together with 50 mm insulation, gives it a scaling in energy class B, which is extremely low on operating costs, while at the same time taking care of the environment.
Refrigerated tables are ideal for cafes, pastry shops, bakeries, delicatessens, airport catering, restaurants and hotels, as well as all food production companies with a commercial kitchen.
Display
External digital control panel is placed in an ergonomic and user-friendly position.
Intuitive digital control allows to adjust the temperature parameters easily and quickly, and the display always shows the temperature in operation.
Iinterior
The fridge table has Epoxy-coated wire shelves, with a maximum capacity of up to 40 kg.
The shelves are adjustable at 6 intervals of 70 mm, ensuring great flexibility in the layout of the fridge table.
The shelf size is GN 1/1 = 530 x 325 mm, and 1 shelf per door is included from the factory.
If more shelves are required, they can be purchased as extra equipment. Order RES-27198 for 1 piece. Epoxy-coated GN 1/1 wire shelf.
Feature
The fridge features Intelligent Air Circulation System, which ensures perfectly ventilated cooling with its innovative airflow design.
Self-closing door and adjustable legs
The fridge comes left hinged, but can also be right hinged. The door is solid full-length stainless steel, with an integrated handle to avoid dust and dirt accumulation.
The door has a 120° dwell position, and closes automatically at less than 90°, minimizing temperature rises.
Height adjustable stainless steel legs from 125 to 200 mm, can be replaced with optional castors. Order RES-27364 for 1 set of 4 castors, diameter 100mm, 2 castors with brakes
Drainage & cleaning
Drainage can be emptied directly to the floor via a drain plug for internal cleaning, but it is also possible to install a permanent drain hose. In addition, the cooling table is equipped with automatic defrosting.
Removable door sealing strip for better and more hygienic cleaning. The sealing strip is also easy to replace in case of wear and tear without the need for an installer, so it is easy to maintain the insulating properties.
Shelves and wall rails can be easily removed without the use of tools. In addition, the inner cabinet is made with curved joints, which makes cleaning even easier.
Cabinet
Internal and external construction made of high quality stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel inside and AISI 201 stainless steel outside. Insulation 50 mm thick, CFC-free. The doors can be reversed, it requires a door reversal kit, which can be purchased as additional equipment.
