Temperature

The cabinet can be set between 5°C – 20°C – with the adjustable temperature, the wine cabinet is suitable for storing any wine.

Keep your wine at a constant temperature throughout the year. It is less important whether the wine is at 8 degrees or 18 degrees - as long as it is without the large, rapid fluctuations. It is recommended somewhere in between as optimal temperature. If you store your wine too cold, the wine develops very slowly, and if it is stored in a too hot environment, the wine develops too quickly.

Humidity

The storage location of the wine should preferably be between 60% and 75%. If the humidity is less than 50%, there is a risk that the corks will dry out. A humidity of more than 80% will not change the wine, but the labels may be damaged. For the cork stopper to be airtight, it must be moist. Therefore, it is important that the wine bottle is always stored lying down so that the cork stopper is in contact with the wine.

Protection

Wine should be stored in the dark. The consequence of too much light, especially neon lights, can be a faster maturation of the wine than usual, as the light initiates oxygenation.

Vibrations

WC105BG has a low noise and vibration level. Large vibrations and shakes are harmful to your wine. Young wines can usually survive after transport and "heal" themselves.
