The intuitive electronically controlled blast chiller/freezer is perfect for rapidly cooling or freezing hot food from the stove or oven while ensuring food safety, hygiene and meeting regulatory requirements.
The blast chiller quickly reduces the temperature of both fresh produce and ready meals, but also preserves them without altering their freshness and quality characteristics. The blast chiller can also be used as a chilled intermediate storage in the production area, a cold storage - freezer, or for gentle thawing. With its many advantages, a blast chiller/freezer is a great benefit for commercial kitchens in a busy everyday life. Temperature spear & display:
The integrated product spear/temperature spear makes it easy to follow the temperature of the food core.
External control panel is placed in an ergonomic and user-friendly position.

Self-closing door and adjustable legs:
The blast chiller/freezer comes right hinged but can also be left hinged with the purchase of a door kit.
The door is solid stainless steel full length, with integrated handle that avoids dust and dirt accumulation.
The door has a 120° dwell position and closes automatically at less than 90° which minimizes temperature rises.
Height adjustable stainless steel legs from 125 to 200 mm, can be replaced with castors which can be purchased as an accessory.
Drainage & cleaning:
The drip tray is easy to empty from the front, but it is also possible to install a permanent drain hose.
In addition, the drain can be emptied directly onto the floor via the drain plug for internal cleaning.
Removable sealing strip in the door for better and more hygienic cleaning, and the inside of the cabinet is made with curved joints which also facilitates cleaning.
