The GUR 1400 X is a 922 liter two-door refrigerator with a practical integrated lock in the doors. The exterior and interior of the refrigerator are made of the best quality steel. The cabinet is ideal for storing refrigerated goods in any food production company and commercial kitchen.
Display
External digital control panel is placed in an ergonomic and user-friendly position.
Intuitive digital control allows to adjust the temperature parameters easily and quickly, and the display always shows the temperature in operation.
Iinterior
The fridge has Epoxy-coated wire shelves, with a maximum capacity of up to 40 kg.
The shelves are adjustable at 23 intervals of 55 mm, ensuring great flexibility in the layout of the fridge.
Suitable for food containers GN 2/1 or 2 x GN 1/1. Three GN 2/1 shelves per door are included from the factory.
Features
The refrigerator features Intelligent Air Circulation System, which ensures perfectly ventilated cooling with its innovative airflow design. Integrated door switch stops ventilation when the door is opened, saving energy.
Self-closing door and adjustable legs
The fridge comes right and left hinged, but can be reversed if desired. The door is solid full-length stainless steel, with a fully integrated handle that avoids dust and dirt build-up. The handle is ergonomic and a foot pedal can also be purchased for hands-free door opening.
The door has a 120° dwell position, and closes automatically at less than 90° which minimizes temperature rises.
Height adjustable stainless steel legs from 125 to 200 mm, can be replaced with castors which can be purchased as extra equipment.
Cleaning
Removable sealing strip in door for better and more hygienic cleaning. The sealing strip is also easy to replace in case of wear and tear without calling in a fitter, so it is easy to maintain the insulating properties.
The center wall rails can be easily removed without the use of tools. In addition, the inner cabinet is made with curved joints, which makes cleaning even easier. Bottom panel with water drain specially designed to make cleaning faster and easier
Cabinet
Inside and outside construction made of high quality stainless steel, AISI 201 stainless steel outside and AISI 304 stainless steel inside. Insulation 60 mm thickness, CFC-free. The cabinet matches freezer GUF 1400 X
