As a professional repairer, I have the technical competence to repair white goods for households / businesses and comply with the applicable regulations for repairers of electrical equipment in the Member States where my company is affiliated. A reference to an official register of professional repairers, where such exists in the Member States concerned, shall be accepted as evidence of compliance with this provision.
As a professional repairer, I have insurance that covers any liability in connection with my business, notwithstanding that such is not mandatory in the Member State.
