Transport Damage
Applies ONLY to dealers, private please contact the store where the item is purchased.
In case of transport damage complaint:
We need additional information to handle the case:
1. Documentation of when and where the customer purchased the item.
2. Who delivered the item: - Retailer - Consumer pickup
3. When is advertised in relation to the delivery date. Complaints are required within a reasonable time principle. Reasonable time is understood to be 7 days.
4. If the packaging is damaged, the receipt must be refused and the item returned.
5. If the above is not the case, the damage must be documented with the picture of the item and the picture of the packaging.
